One number, everything inside it
You pay for the space you fill. Every job is priced as a fraction of the truck - a quarter, a half, three quarters or the whole thing - and that one number includes the labor, the loading, the carrying, the sweep-up and the disposal and recycling fees. There is no hourly rate, no fuel surcharge, no stairs fee and no weight fee.
A few items run a quarter truck. One room's worth is about a half. A packed garage is usually three quarters, and a whole-house cleanout fills the truck, sometimes more than once - and if a job takes two loads, you know that before we start, not after.
The fastest way to a number is a photo: text a picture of the pile, the room or the item and most jobs get priced from that same day. Bigger jobs - a full house, an estate, a hot tub with no path out - are worth a free on-site look, which takes about fifteen minutes and comes with a written number.

How is the price worked out?
By volume - how much space your items take up in the truck, measured in fractions of a load. Labor, loading, sweeping up and the disposal or recycling fees are all included in that number, so the figure you are quoted is the figure you pay. Nothing gets added on at the end for stairs, distance or weight.
Can you give me a price over the phone?
Usually yes, from a photo. Text a picture of the pile, the room or the item and we can give you a number back the same day for most jobs. Larger or more complicated jobs - a whole house, a hot tub with no path out - are worth a quick on-site look, which is free and takes about fifteen minutes.
